SCI Series Spectral Confocal Displacement Sensors

By combining high-speed CMOS with the proprietary FPUT algorithm, the SST series achieves a 33kHz sampling frequency, tripling the scanning speed of previous models. This enables the stable, accurate measurement of high-frequency vibrations and objects moving at extreme velocities.

The sensor delivers ±0.2μm linear accuracy and a ±60° reflection angle to capture the true contours of curved surfaces with extreme precision. Its micrometer-level spot diameter is optimized for detecting minute step differences, thin film layers, and electrode thickness variations.

Utilizing an ultra-sensitive light-sensing algorithm and an ultra-bright source, the sensor ensures stable signal return from highly transparent, reflective, or rough surfaces. This technology effectively eliminates signal instability typically caused by dark or light-absorbing materials.

Engineered for harsh environments, the sensor maintains a low temperature drift of 0.15μm/℃ and uses high-flex armored fiber optic cables for long-term durability. It features seamless connectivity through Ethernet, RS232, and I/O interfaces, while supporting 3-axis encoder connections for precise real-time XYZ motion measurement.
