From June 18–21, SinceVision made a dynamic appearance at NEPCON Thailand 2025 at BITEC Bangkok. Over four packed days, we showcased our full portfolio of industrial sensors and precision imaging solutions. We connected with manufacturers, partners, and industry experts from around the globe, demonstrating real-time applications that are already reshaping inspection in the automotive, electronics, and precision manufacturing industries.

2. PCB Pin Coplanarity Detection

Product Demoed: SR8060 Modular 3D Laser Profiler

a. Scans at up to 67kHz

b. 8μm precision for identifying pin height/coplanarity deviations

c. Non-contact inspection avoids device damage, suits multiple materials

3. Label Color Detection

Product Demoed: SS1-70K5 Color Sensor

a. Detects 16 colors across 30–70mm visible spectrum

b. 5kHz sampling frequency for high-speed lines

c. Supports hybrid lines transitioning to full automation

4. Glue Presence Detection on Automotive Control Modules

Product Demoed: SRI7240 3D Laser Profiler

a. Save 50% of the installation space compared with the previous generation model

b. X-axis 3200 contour point for a detailed point cloud image

c. Compatible with transparent, translucent, and all-black glue materials
