I. Project Background
During laser marking, even workpieces of the same batch exhibit slight differences in size, shape, and position. Visual guidance can individually analyze and locate each workpiece to ensure highly consistent marking results, which is critical for standardized production and quality control.
The Shenshi Intelligent SD-C400 laser displacement sensor features a measuring range of ±200 mm, repeatability accuracy up to 0.15 mm, and a sampling frequency of up to 1 kHz. It can detect tiny displacements and depth variations on the object surface in real time, enabling precise positioning in laser marking and ensuring the accuracy of the position and depth of marked patterns or characters.
