The SRI7400R integrated 3D laser profilometer has a Z-axis measuring range of 339 mm, meeting the dimensional requirements of most welding workpieces. Its scanning speed ranges from 1500 to 20000 Hz, which can be flexibly adjusted according to actual welding speed, ensuring real-time and accurate data collection and providing a reliable basis for subsequent welding posture adjustment.

02 Dynamic Posture Adjustment

Based on real-time data from the 3D profilometer, the robotic arm can dynamically adjust its posture and welding path. The SRI7400R offers repeatability as high as 5 μm, guaranteeing high-precision control throughout the welding process.
