I. Intelligent Welding of Steel Structures

Steel structures are mainly used in industrial and public construction projects. III. Solution

The Shenshi Intelligent 3D laser profilometer SR7400 is used to scan steel components and obtain profile images. The host computer acquires workpiece coordinates and weld seam coordinates through software algorithms, plans the welding path, and issues welding process parameters and compiled welding programs. After manual confirmation, the program can be started to begin welding.

The SR series of Shenshi Intelligent 3D laser profilometers adopts 3D precision trajectory guidance technology, enabling welding robots to perform welding operations accurately. It also inspects welding quality based on multiple process standards, providing an efficient and precise welding guidance and defect detection solution for the steel structure industry.
