I. Project Background
Rocks feature excellent firmness and stability, and stone blocks have diverse applications and values across various environments and scenarios. To meet different production requirements, manufacturers need to conduct high-precision inspection of the height difference of stone blocks.

In this issue, ShenSir will present a case of height difference inspection for stone blocks using the SD33 Series Laser Displacement Sensors. Let’s take a look.
II. Inspection Requirements
Product Name: Stone Block
Measurement Item: Height Difference
Accuracy Requirement: Repeatability 0.04 mm
