With a resolution of 768 × 512 and a frame rate of 10,000 fps, Shenshi Intelligent high-speed cameras can clearly record the interfacial reactions between liquid droplets and material surfaces. By observing the morphological changes of droplets impacting the material surface, key data such as droplet velocity, bounce height, and number of bounces can be accurately obtained, providing a critical basis for analyzing the affinity of materials to liquids.

This high-speed imaging-based droplet dynamics analysis technique can be directly applied to optimize the design of functional materials (e.g., self-cleaning materials) and improve coating processes. By adjusting the material microstructure and composition, or optimizing coating thickness, roughness, and chemical composition based on dynamic droplet data, materials can better meet industrial requirements.
