II. Solution

The Shenshi Intelligent SRI8060 3D Laser Profilometer features a high-speed scanning rate of 3,200–67,000 Hz, enabling instant capture of massive 3D point cloud data from the PCB surface on high-speed production lines.Meanwhile, the Z-axis linear accuracy of the 3D profilometer reaches ±0.02% F.S., maintaining precise height measurement across the full measuring range and truly restoring 3D topography.Combined with its excellent optical design, it achieves sufficiently high planar resolution to clearly define the edges of densely arranged tiny components.
