  • 1. When the correction sensor is fully occluded and unoccluded, the display value is -9999 or the range is shortened?

    Check that the optical axis of the receiver and transmitter is aligned. Alignment sign: unoccluded display value 9999 (32767), fully occluded -9999 (-32768).

  • 2. How to resolve occasional communication disconnects post-restart?

    Check whether the protective film is removed, confirm whether the receiver and transmitter are installed and aligned, and check whether the material detection entry direction is consistent with the direction inspection mode setting.

  • 3. Why is there no visible light output or an extremely weak signal at the probe tip, even though the spectral confocal sensor shows a successful connection in the software?

    Generally, the optical fiber patch cord is not plugged in tightly, check the optical fiber cable at the controller end and the sensor end.

  • 4. Why does the spectral confocal displacement sensor produce invalid or fluctuating data during continuous measurement, and how can I stabilize the signal?

    View the crest chart. If the invalid data is weak, the exposure can be locked by reducing the sampling frequency and alarm level, and the number of mistakes can be appropriately increased.

  • 5. How does the laser control input function works?

    The role of the LASER CTRL1 and LASER CTRL2 is to control the opening/closing of the laser at the sensing head. The system defines two groups, control group 1 and control group 2, which are controlled by the LASERCTRL1 and LASERCTRL2 input terminals, respectively. When in use, the corresponding sensor head needs to be assigned to the control group before it can be controlled by the corresponding input terminal.

    For SCI series sensor heads, the LASER CTRL turns off when there is input, and the laser turns on when there is no input.
