bcl-2
Bcl-2 is a mitochondrial membrane protein with a molecular weight of 25KDa. Its gene is located on chromosome 18 and is a member of the apoptosis family protein, which inhibits cell apoptosis and prolongs cell survival. Bcl-2 is normally expressed on small B cells and many T cells in the mantle and marginal zones. It is positive in follicular lymphoma and B-cell lymphoma, but not in Bukitt's lymphoma, so it can differentiate between follicular lymphoma and reactive hyperplasia and Bukitt's lymphoma and diffuse large B-cell lymphoma . In addition, Bcl-2 is also positively expressed in solitary fibrous tumor, rhabdomyosarcoma, schwannoma and other tissues.
