Immunochromogenic Reagent（HI）
The kit detects common mouse/rabbit-derived primary antibodies. Its inhibitor blocks endogenous peroxidase in tissue sections. The primary antibody forms an antigen-antibody complex with the target antigen. Post-primary antibody incubation, the reagent blocks non-specific proteins and enhances binding efficiency. HRP-conjugated ultra-sensitive anti-mouse/rabbit IgG polymer binds to the primary antibody in the complex. Mixing DAB Solution A and B prepares the chromogen, which HRP catalyzes to generate brown deposition at the antigen site. The enhancer intensifies brown staining, and hematoxylin is used for nuclear counterstaining.
